We represent property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, construction material suppliers, equipment rental companies, and others involved in the construction process in the resolution of disputes ranging from construction defect claims to the enforcement of mechanics' liens and stop notices.

Our commitment to successfully resolve construction disputes requires resources, knowledge, and skill beyond the scope of the average commercial enterprise. For instance, contractors must not only comply with laws that apply generally to all businesses, but must comply with additional laws and regulations which apply only to licensed contractors. Some of the regulations and laws unique to the construction industry are well known, but others are not and may have expensive consequences if overlooked or misunderstood by an inexperienced attorney.
