Craig R. Holiday
Craig is a litigator with a wide variety of experience in all matters of litigation involving motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials in the business, real estate and employer contexts. He has represented clients before the Superior Court, the California Labor Commissioner, the California State Athletic Commission (Boxing Commission), the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board as well as cases before California Appellate Courts. He consults clients regarding entity formation and dissolution. He represents professional athletes and entertainers, handles a variety of entertainment related issues, and he serves as general counsel to several businesses. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Holiday was a competitive wrestler, coach, teacher, and co-founder of an export company. Mr. Holiday is married with four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, coaching his children in sports, exercising, going to church and working very hard to help his clients achieve their goals.
